Vintage 60's Chippewa Black Leather Engineer 7863 Steel Toe Boots Mens Sz 7.5 EE
Selling a RARE pair of vintage 60’s Chippewa Steel Toe Engineer Boots. Black Label includes Chippewa Falls Wis. These boots can also be dated by the ANSI ( American National Standards Institute) 1967/75 marking. Sturdy split leather uppers with nickel hardware, steel toe, stitched leather mid-sole.
These boots have the original Chippewa Neoprene Heel and Sole. Condition of the bottom soles and heels are fair with considerable wear. Uppers do have some light wear and minor toe box creasing, but are otherwise in great shape. Original brass Talon zippers are in excellent working condition. The leather on these boots is still supple. These boots could be polished to a shine if desired. See all photos for best judgement.
