Chippewa Boots: Men's 92400 Safety Toe Puncture-Resistant Work BootsYou’ll look spit-shined and sharp in these ~Chippewa Men's 92400 Black Leather Safety Toe Puncture-Resistant Boots. They have a simple style that allows the elegance of good design to shine through, and an almost military style that keeps your look professional. But it's because they have so much more that you'll want to wear these Chippewa boots.
The 8-inch uppers are made with shiny, black patent leather. It's polishable and easy to clean, so you can always stay work-ready. The durable leather feels work-ready, too. Leather bends and flexes around steps, and it's tough enough to resist abrasions and normal wear. Natural leather is durable and versatile, and so hard to wear out you might have to replace the soles before the uppers are too worn. The rugged soles can actually be replaced, thanks to the Goodyear leather Welt construction. This stitches the leather uppers to the rubber outsoles, making it easier to replace the soles (if needed), instead of gluing the two together.
The sleek black exteriors also feature black nickel hardware, along with zippers with zipper stays to allow you to get in and out of your zipper boots much faster than if you had to lace them up. Heavy duty wax laces are included, and they are Sta-tied laces so you won't have to mess with keeping them tied throughout the day. They're there to stay.
Ruby Dri-Lex 2000 material lines the inside of these men's boots. The material is breathable to manage moisture, drawing sweat away from skin so you stay dry. Dri-Lex dries quickly, so it can continue to absorb sweat all day. While the Dri-Lex keeps your skin healthier, Texon insoles cushion your feet. Breathable and flexible, Texon softens your steps to protect you from impact.
The Vibram lug yellow plug with dual guard outsoles create a tough, supportive foundation for your steps. Shock-resistant, Vibram is made to give you traction on both wet and dry surfaces, so you’re ready for anything. The angled lug design gives your steps grip on a variety of terrain types. Tested to absorb dangerous electricity, the soles are EH rated. The safety toe boots protect you from electrical hazards, and that keeps you safer when you work around open circuits and other dangers. 4 iron rubber midsoles give you even more stability, on top of the excellent slip-resistance of the men's footwear.
