All items are shipped within one business day Monday - Friday. We combine shipping whenever practical and when orders are placed at the same time. Shipping charges are calculated by USPS or FedEx based on weight and distance from our shop in Rhode Island.
Sizing
Please check all measurements we provide in the listing against an item that fits you well. We do not refund shipping for items that do not fit. Do not rely on the listed size for correct fit as some designers use different measurements depending on the look they desire.
We accept returns within 15 days. All items must be returned in listed condition in order for a full refund, less shipping. We do not refund for shipping or return shipping unless there was an erroneous error in the listing or if an item is damaged. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a picture.

We inspect each item three separate times to ensure items are clean and of very high quality. RI Consignment is not a thrift store; we are very selective about what we sell. Your positive feedback helps the many non profits we work with so please be generous or contact us for any misunderstandings. We promise to make it right!
Between 10%-40% of every item is donated to charity.
