Description IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATIONRuns smallLabelled size 31 but actually fits like a waist size 27-28 (depending on how relaxed you want the fit.)
I am generally between a size 26-28 in jeans. Sometimes my weight fluctuates to a size 29 and I can get into these but they are super tighter given there is zero spandex. 100% cotton denim will always be on the stiffer side, meant to be broken in, but they're gorgeous and super cool once they conform to your body. Great for fans of raw or Japanese denim.
FIT — Jeans are low-waisted so quite sexy, but a relaxed/boyfriend fit in the thigh and rear/seat. Leg tapers towards the ankle for a more stovepipe fit between the knee and ankle.
This is a very specific circa 2004-2007 fit in womenwear denim. The same low-waist as jeans from 2000-2003 (think Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton or Britney Spears), but instead of a flare leg, ankles became more tapered. These are the precursor to the skinny jean for my true fashion collector! Happy to chat more — I was a fashion buyer during this time. Selling to downsize my gigantic 90's and Y2K collection.
Never worn or washed. In exact shape/condition as off the retail shelf.
Purchased at Atrium NYC circa 2005-2006. For denim collectors or fans of Y2K fashion, Atrium was a prolific Y2K-era denim boutique on Broadway in SoHo which introduced the fashion world to the "$300+ designer denim." This boutique often carried limited edition items found nowhere else in the world and the launched most major designer denim brands in the last 20 years. Collaborations with 7 For All Mankind, True Religion, Paige, Goldsign, Nudie, Citizens of Humanity, J Brand, Nobody and Ksubi (formerly Tsubi), plus huge celebrity clientele were all commonplace. This was the denim mecca of the early 2000's and DJs would often spin while you shopped!
