Shop Policies
Combined shipping promotion
- The first item is charged at the full shipping rate and additional items are charged at 50% of the shipping rate per item thereafter.
- Shipping rates can be found in the listing by selecting your delivery country in the Postage & Payments tab.
- Subject to weight and T&C s Contact us before payment to adjust your invoices otherwise the promotion will not be valid.
- All shipping times given in the listings are estimates and not guaranteed and there can be delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
- All deliveries sent are tracked and registered and require a signature on delivery.
- International Shipments may be subject to customs processing depending on the item's customs value.
- Declared customs values must comply with customs declaration laws.
- As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:
- delays from customs inspection.
- import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.
- brokerage fees & customs / VAT payable at the point of delivery.
Returns policy
You can return your item after receiving the item within 30 Days.
The buyer pays for all return costs including import duties and taxes unless the item has a defect not shown in the listing or the item is not as described in the listing and the customer has not been notified ahead of shipment.
If the item is faulty or not correct to the original order, then please select this in the return menu and you will be given a postage-paid return label or other means of return. If you are unsure about this, then please contact us for guidance about returns and we will do our best to assist you. Buyers who falsely select the return reason faulty / not as described will be reported to eBay for abuse of the returns policy and postage costs may be deducted from the refund.
To request a return please open a return request in your eBay account for the item (s) you wish to return.
To do that follow the steps below in your eBay account:- On the top right locate My eBay, click Summary.
- On the left margin, click Purchase Summary.
- Find the item in your purchase history.
- Click the More Actions tab.
- Choose Return this Item.
- Choose return reason
We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service as we cannot refund items if they are lost in the post.
Please enclose the form that accompanied your order or a short note stating the item number, your eBay ID, and why you are sending us the return.
If your return is a reimport into the EU it may incur customs charges as part of your return. Customers are responsible for returning any items and paying any associated costs and the parcel has to be sent as ´Duties and Taxes Paid.
We cannot accept parcels that incur duty without recovering the duty from you. In case we need to pay and clear customs on your behalf, we will send you an invoice for the customs clearance – this should not exceed EUR 10.99, if this is not paid by you it could result in the item being returned to you.
Once we have received the item back, please allow 24- 48 hours for us to process your refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to clear in your account.
VAT Duty & Import Fees

Goods shipped to the UK from abroadEffective 1 January 2021, eBay is required to collect VAT on certain orders delivered to UK addresses:
Orders up to £135 sent from outside the UKOrders of any value where the item is located in the UK, but the seller is not a UK seller
For higher value items, VAT and duties are also likely to apply. However, VAT on purchases valued at over £135 will be payable directly to the UK customs authorities by the buyer.
Goods shipping between EU countriesIf the item is being sent from one EU country to another EU country, customs duty is not applied but buyers will still need to pay VAT. As of 1 July 2021, VAT rates are based on the delivery country of the goods.
