As soon as the item is purchased, it is shipped directly to the customer. The package is prepared and sent to the customer’s address, indicated during the process of payment, in 1 day from Monday to Friday (except weekends). For example, in case the order was made on Saturday or Sunday, the package will be sent on Monday.
The delivery takes up to 3 weeks (4 weeks in exceptional cases):
EU territory - 1-2 weeks,
International delivery - up to 3-4 weeks.
Return conditionsIn case the item you purchased doesn’t correspond to the initial description or the package is damaged, you have the right to return it and get a refund.

The condition of the item should be the same as at the moment of its reception. In case there are visible signs of usage or damage, the refund won’t be possible.
