I do not receive the final selling price either: Ebay charge for the listing in the first place and both Ebay & Paypal each apply further charges to me after the sale. Where the postage service is not 'signed for' or tracked, I will always obtain proof of posting. Obviously, once submitted to the Post Office, packages are out of my control; I cannot accept responsibility for them afterward. In over a decade on Ebay, I have never had a parcel go astray or the contents arrive damaged. I have 100% positive feedback which I'd like to keep so if there are any problems after receipt of an item, please do not leave feedback without first contacting me to investigate a resolution.
