Please be advised that an item's label size DOES NOT always match the waist size. For example if an item has a tag size of 30, that does not always match the true waist size. These are pre-owned. Please note the small portion of loose threading along the seam below the front zipper area (photo 6) and also along the front left pocket opening (photo 7). Besides that, these are in otherwise good condition. Thanks for looking!

Please be advised that if an item does not fit but we have provided correct measurements this would NOT qualify as an "Item not as described" return. It is up to the buyer to ensure the item fits them correctly before he or she purchases.
We make it very clear in our listings what the exact measurements of the items are, and if the buyer feels we are not clear please feel free to send us a direct message and ask us any question(s) you would like. Of course if you receive an item with undisclosed stains, missing buttons, etc. this would qualify as "Item not as described" and we will be happy to accept.
