Please be advised that an item's label size DOES NOT always match the waist size. For example if an item has a tag size of 30, that does not always match the true waist size. On some brands, a tag size 30 actually has a 32 inch waist. Certain brands of women's jeans/pants can be especially tricky if you are not familiar with how they fit. It is extremely helpful to take measurements of a pair of jeans/pants that you currently own that fit you well. This will essentially eliminate the chance of there being a return. All measurements are taken with the item laying flat and in its natural state, the fabric is not pulled or stretched when taking measurements.

These are pre-owned. Please note the two large holes on the front legs. Please note the fabric on the front right leg has some very slight "ripples" as can be seen in photo 5). Also, the fabric on the front right leg (photo 5), front left leg (photo 6), and the rear (photo 12) is somewhat "fuzzy" due to some above average use in those areas. Those three photos were taken with reduced lighting to better enhance the texture of the fabric in those areas. Thanks for looking!

Return Policy
For our listings we always accept domestic returns (buyer pays return shipping). If you receive the item and it does not fit please submit return as "Item did not fit". The return will be automatically accepted and the buyer just needs to pay return shipping. Please be advised that if an item does not fit but we have provided correct measurements this would NOT qualify as an "Item not as described" return. It is up to the buyer to ensure the item fits them correctly before he or she purchases.
We make it very clear in our listings what the exact measurements of the items are, and if the buyer feels we are not clear please feel free to send us a direct message and ask us any question(s) you would like. Of course if you receive an item with undisclosed stains, missing buttons, etc. this would qualify as "Item not as described" and we will be happy to accept.
