**Each item is individually measured as it is common for jeans to change size over time and therefore differ from the label size**
When considering a correct fit please refer to the ACTUAL measurements below rather than the label size.
Please be advised that an item's label size DOES NOT always match the waist size. For example if an item has a tag size of 30, that does not always match the true waist size. On some brands, a tag size 30 actually has a 32 inch waist. The return will be automatically accepted and the buyer just needs to pay return shipping. Please be advised that if an item does not fit but we have provided correct measurements this would NOT qualify as an "Item not as described" return. It is up to the buyer to ensure the item fits them correctly before he or she purchases.
We make it very clear in our listings what the exact measurements of the items are, and if the buyer feels we are not clear please feel free to send us a direct message and ask us any question(s) you would like. Of course if you receive an item with undisclosed stains, missing buttons, etc. this would qualify as "Item not as described" and we will be happy to accept.
