- We normally take picture and list product in the condition we acquired. If we spend resource to make up the product (cleaning, fixing, etc.), the cost would need to be added to the price for buyer to pay. Therefore we decide to let buyer take care of the task and enjoy the big discount we could offer.
- There might be some plastic snags on the products shown in the pictures which are from department store usage, they are very easy to remove.
- Lots of times there will be a mark from black marker on one label inside of pants/shirts. It came from the department store liquidation standard process (buyer will not be able to return the product at original department store). We do not treat this as a stain or defect.
