The majority of our items are obtained from outside sources (ie, auctions, estate sales, yard sales, etc) therefore most items we do not know the history of (ie, pets in the home, home of someone who smoked, age of item, etc.). Due to the number of items that we obtain, it is not possible to test, clean thoroughly, or launder. We do our best to describe each item to the best of our ability and will note when we do in the description. Some items, especially those that require regular laundering (clothing, linens, and such) may have an odor or staining due to being stored for extended periods of time, as we do sell mostly vintage/antique items. Also, we do have pets in the home and we are tobacco users (we smoke). We make every effort to keep items out of the vicinity of both, but some items are safer kept in our home (climate controlled), than in our shop. If you have any allergies/aversions to any kind of odors/smells/pets, please do not bid/buy.
WE ATTEMPT TO PACKAGE ALL OF OUR ITEMS SO THAT THEY ARRIVE SAFELY AND NOT DAMAGED, HOWEVER, ACCIDENTS DO OCCUR. SHOULD YOUR ITEM ARRIVE DAMAGED, PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE PACKAGING IMMEDIATELY AND SEND THEM TO US THROUGH EBAY. ITEMS SENT VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL INCLUDE UP TO $50 INSURANCE. A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE USPS YOU HAS REIMBURSED US (THIS COULD TAKE UP TO 12 WEEKS, OR MORE). ONCE WE RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT, WE WILL ISSUE THE REMAINING AMOUNT DUE BACK TO YOU.
In the event the item arrives and it is not as described and/or damaged, the return/exchange/request for a refund, MUST be completed within 30 days of the PURCHASE DATE. Therefore, the item should be opened/inspected upon receipt.
BEFORE leaving negative/neutral feedback, if there is an issue with your item, please contact us to allow us the opportunity to correct the issue. We strive to maintain 100% positive feedback.
