Collection 2008 , Jeans made for the 10th anniversary of the Samurai brand, only 250 pairs were collected, my pair is number 195!
Amazingly beautiful jeans in detail , chic 17 oz Awa Shoai denim , warp - natural indigo , weft - ink shade ... incredibly beautiful !

Gorgeous , unique 17 oz heavyweight denim
New ones cost $600.
Extremely rare, as only 250 were ever made. These jeans are from Japan, and have been dyed using their ancient and very labor intensive method known as hank dying. Normal dyed jeans are ran through a vat of synthetic indigo, leaving the core exposed, and allowing for fades. These have been dyed with real indigo from the Polygonum Tinctorium Indigo flower, and hand dyed over and over again until the dye reaches the core, allowing for a very deep and rich indigo color. The photos don't do it justice, these have a very rich blue, that pops in the sunlight.
