ReturnsWe accept returns for items that have been shipped within the UK but the buyer pays return postage. The only exception to this is if the item has been wrongly described. If this is the case, a pre-paid return label will be issued. All returns must be received within 30 days of them first being shipped out. If the returned item isn’t received within 30 days after it was first shipped out, the return will be cancelled.
