For sale is a used, but excellent condition pair of jeans that I no longer fit in! See pictures for all details.
***Before bidding, PLEASE compare these measurements to some of your favorite jeans, to be sure this will fit.***It has been carefully kept in the closet (smoke free and pet free home).

(1) Adjectives such as "excellent" and "great" to describe condition are
general statements and are subjective, and cannot be used "against me"
to call an item "not as described," please read particulars about
condition (marks, stains, rips, etc.).
(2) The measurements I
provide are only approximate, and cannot be used “against me” to call an
item “not as described." If you are unfamiliar with how the brand fits
or what size you wear in the brand, may I recommend visiting the
brand’s website and checking their size/fit chart or trying on this
brand at your local department store before bidding on my listing.
(3) The colors I describe are my personal judgment (ex. "light blue" vs
"baby blue" vs just "blue") and cannot be used "against me" to call an
item "not as described" because you disagree on the type of color I
called the item. Please see the pictures for the actual color of the
item.
RETURNS OF “AS DESCRIBED” vs "NOT AS DESCRIBED" USED ITEMS:
Returns
of “as described” items are not covered under Ebay’s Money Back
Guarantee: “The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you in cases where an
item is not received or is not as described in the listing.” This means
that Ebay does not require sellers to accept returns of items that arrive in the listing.
However, I realize that sometimes a buyer may want to return an “as
described” item because of he/she doesn’t like the FIT, COLOR, FEEL,
etc. My goal is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not
happy with it for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the
purchase price of the item itself, not including original S&H. The
buyer has 14 days to contact the seller and ask that the item be
returned. The buyer will then ship the item, in the same condition as it
was received, to the seller. Ebay stipulates that the buyer pays return
shipping fees and it is strongly recommended that the buyer use
delivery confirmation for proof that the item was returned. Once the
seller receives the returned item, in the same condition it was sent, a
refund of the original purchase price, not including S&H, will be
issued through Paypal.
I do my very best to accurately describe
items, but if somehow the item arrives clearly not as described in the
eBay listing and pictures, the buyer has 14 days to contact the seller
and describe the problem. The seller may request a clear picture of the
problem (if applicable) as proof. The buyer will then ship the item, in
the condition received, to the seller. Ebay stipulates that the buyer
pays return shipping fees and it is strongly recommended that the buyer
use delivery confirmation for proof that the item was returned. Once the
seller receives the returned item, in the same condition it was sent, a
full refund will be issued through Paypal.
Please No Scammers--making up fake problems and asking for a full or partial refund AND wanting to keep the item.

1.
Please email if you have any questions. I really do try my best to
fully describe my items, including any and all imperfections. I also
try my best to include a variety of pictures taken in sunlight to show
you the item's true color under natural light.
2. After your
Paypal payment, I usually ship the same or next business day, but always
ship within three business days of your payment using either 1st class
mail with delivery confirmation or Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation.
3. Please know, I try to keep S&H costs as low
as possible, please keep that in mind when giving feedback. The
S&H fee you pay not only covers the SHIPPING Cost (anywhere between
$3.00 and $5.50, but covers the HANDLING Cost--the cost of mailers,
labels, printer ink, tape, etc.
4. International Bidders--I
use Ebay’s Global Shipping Program to ship outside of the US. Ebay
controls the shipping costs and import fees, I have no control over
those amounts.
5. Please do not bid if you do not intend on
paying. Ebay automatically opens up an "Unpaid Item Case" if payment is
not made in 48 hours. If I do not receive your payment within four
days of the end of the auction, I plan on relisting the item.
6. Please
see my other items for sale. I plan on selling many other items over
the next couple months, so save me as a seller if you are interested in
