634S made aiming at the last-minute contact point between robustness and smartness
Using IRONHEART's original 21oz selvage denim, these jeans represent Ironheart, which has created a boom in heavy ounce jeans in Japan and around the world since its launch in 2003.
IRON HEART's unique denim is made by bundling No. 4 uneven yarns for the warp and two No. 5 yarns for the weft, which breaks the conventional wisdom of denim, and slowly weaving them with a shuttle loom.
The silhouette is a straight cut that removes the side bulge that does not fit the body line that is common in jeans made with selvedge denim, and the excessive buttocks that are more than necessary to create a clean line.
For sewing, we use an old-fashioned sewing machine, and we use 3 different thread thicknesses and 2 different colors to create a vintage specification that pursues strength and durability.
The front opening uses an original tuck button, and the rivets that increase the strength of the pockets are engraved with original stamps. The 634S is the representative of the Ironheart style, with unique Ironheart details such as stitching and a 4mm thick leather label sewn to the jeans only at the top and bottom so that the belt can be passed through.
