Product must be in the exact new condition it was received in. Original product box must be included with your return Return must have outer packaging. (Please do not return your order taped up in its original product box without outer packaging. Any return that arrives this way will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.) Item must be returned within 15 days from the date it was delivered.
