Description Reed Sportswear Vintage 80s Black Leather Thermal Insulated Bomber Members Only Jacket/Coat with Original Removable Thermal Vest - SZ 44 or L/XLThe exterior is made of a very smooth and supple midweight leather. This jacket has many design details that nod to its 80s origin, from the yoked shoulder to the tucked sleeve details. Other features included Large side pockets, an elastic waistband, snaps on cuffs and waistband, an interior drop-in breast pocket, and a removable zip-in vest layer for added warmth. Union made in the USA. Detroit, MI. Vintage condition. 8/10 Exterior leather shows light wear around the edges but has no holes, scratches, or other notable flaws. I have cleaned and conditioned the leather, which is of an exceptionally high quality consistent with Reed as a brand. The coat's interior lining has sustained significant wear over the years, leading to some wear-through of the lining along the bottom edge. This does not affect the jacket's performance and is not visible while wearing. (It would be a reasonably straightforward mend.) The removable vest is in excellent condition with no wear holes or flaws.
