Description Available for sale is a very is a beautiful Men's SCHOTT NYC 257s B3 Shearling Leather Bomber Jacket in size 34 (fits a Men's XS to S chest sizes 34-38, check below measurements). This is a genuine Schott NYC 257s Shearling bomber jacket in a beautiful black color with a beautiful black sheepskin wool inner lining. This Schott Shearling Jacket was made in the United States and was only worn a handful of times since it was too small for me. It is in very good condition, almost like new, with no tears, cracks, stains, smells, or major flaws. The interior sheepskin wool lining in excellent shape with no odors or issues. This is a rare size 34 but keep in mind that the sheepskin does take some space so this would best fit a chest size of 34-37. A size 38 chest could wear it over a t-shirt or slim layer but may find it tight. Please check the measurements below.

Product Details:

The Schott NYC B-3 Ebony Shearling Bomber Jacket is the classic WWII sheepskin leather "Bomber" jacket. B-17 and B-24 aircraft were not pressurized and their unheated cabins got awfully cold at altitude! This was the jacket that kept American bomber crews warm during their perilous missions in the skies over Europe. The B-3 features a sheepskin outer, tanned from thick Nappa Leather, all-natural sheep fur interior, leather welted seams, brass zipper, and buckled collar and waist-adjustment straps. The B-3 also features two front handwarmer pockets, a practical convenience which the original B-3s lacked (the originals only had a small map pouch). You can rely on this classic heavyweight to keep you warm on the coldest winter day. The Shearling bomber Jacket has a regular fit.

Each Schott B-3 Jacket is made from up to four sheepskins, that are carefully matched for color consistency. Each B-3 goes through 20 different pairs of hands before it leaves Schott’s New Jersey factory. This jacket is based on the model Schott made for the U.S. government during World War II.
