Please be advised that an item's label size DOES NOT always match the waist size. For example if an item has a tag size of 30, that does not always match the true waist size. On some brands, a tag size 30 actually has a 32 inch waist. All measurements are taken with the item laying flat and in its natural state, the fabric is not pulled or stretched when taking measurements.

These are pre-owned. The leg length has been shortened to 29 inches. Please note the new stitching around the leg openings is not perfectly straight and the fabric along the leg openings is somewhat "wavy" as can be seen in photos. Also, please note the marks on the rear left lower leg (photo 9). Thanks for looking!

The return will be automatically accepted and the buyer just needs to pay return shipping. Please be advised that if an item does not fit but we have provided correct measurements this would NOT qualify as an "Item not as described" return. It is up to the buyer to ensure the item fits them correctly before he or she purchases.
We make it very clear in our listings what the exact measurements of the items are, and if the buyer feels we are not clear please feel free to send us a direct message and ask us any question(s) you would like. Of course if you receive an item with undisclosed stains, missing buttons, etc. this would qualify as "Item not as described" and we will be happy to accept.
